The photos that answer buyers' first questions.
Buyers buy the location
The garden, the plot, the street and what's nearby. Things a ground-level photo can't show.
Gardens make sense
From above, buyers see the size and shape of the garden and where the boundary runs.
The listing stands out
On a page of front-of-house photos, an aerial is the one people stop on.
Every height tells buyers something different.
From just above the hedge to the 120-metre limit. Drag the slider, or tap a height, to see what each one shows.
AT ABOUT 15 M
The hero shot
The whole house and garden at a three-quarter angle. It's usually the first photo on the listing.
What the front photo can't tell a buyer.
From the pavement you see a front door. From 30 metres you see the garden, the parking, the neighbours and the park over the road.
The hero aerial
One photo, labelled with what matters.
Every package includes a hero aerial with the plot outlined. Switch the labels on and off to see what else can be marked.
On a real listing, these are added to your best aerial photo. Tell me what you want shown: the boundary, parking, schools, the station, the view.
Eight angles, every time.
The same tried-and-tested list on every shoot, adjusted for the house. Drag or swipe through them.

Before you book.
Do I need to be home?
Not for aerial-only shoots, as long as I have your permission to take off from the property or a safe spot nearby.
Is it legal to fly over my house?
In most places, yes. I check airspace and restrictions for every address before quoting, and fly within the UK drone rules.
How high do you go?
Usually 5 to 60 metres for the house and garden, and up to 120 metres, the legal limit, for the wider area if it helps the listing.
Is the plot outline exact?
No. It's drawn by eye from the photo and the plan you send, as a guide for buyers. It isn't a legal boundary or a survey.
Will the neighbours be in the photos?
Neighbouring houses show in the wider shots, because that's the street. Gardens and windows aren't the subject, and anything private is cropped or blurred.
Can I get aerials without the rest?
Yes. Aerial only is for agents and sellers who already have interior photos, from £75.
Do you film video too?
Every aerial-only shoot includes a short clip. Showcase and Signature mix aerial shots into the walkthrough video.
What about land and big plots?
Pick land or estate when you book. Bigger sites get more shots, the boundary outlined and context from higher up.
